The scope.

An onboarding process was designed and implemented in Jira for DACH and Nordic teams. The work covered team-specific configuration, automation, reporting and integration with adjacent systems.

What I delivered.

• Designed and implemented the onboarding process in Jira.
• Configured workflows and custom fields for the participating teams.
• Automated subtask creation and checklist assignment.
• Built custom metrics from issue data and integrated Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Provided Jira training and ongoing support.
