The scope.

An existing Data Center environment with varied configurations and supporting apps. Cloud migrations and upcoming initiatives needed support alongside daily operations.

• Carried out Data Center to Cloud migrations within the client estate.
• Supported contexts, screens and workflows at second level.
• Advised on upcoming projects and configuration questions.
• Worked with ScriptRunner, JWT, Tempo and Structure in the existing environment.
