Website delivery
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also processes the consulting contact form. Cloudflare processes technical request and network information, such as IP address, requested page and request time, to deliver content and secure its services. No EU-only processing or fixed deletion period for all platform records is promised.
No first-party visitor analytics
This website contains no first-party analytics scripts or advertising pixels. Fonts and images are served locally. The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection; Cloudflare processes technical browser and connection information for this purpose.
When you contact me
The consulting form processes your optional name, email address and message. Cloudflare verifies spam protection, limits frequent submissions using short-lived pseudonymous counters and sends the message to me by email. There is no separate form database. Email is handled through Gmail/Google. The separate support portal uses Atlassian Jira Service Management. Your information is processed to answer the enquiry and provide the requested service. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is pre-contractual or contractual steps, legitimate interests in communication and security, or legal obligations.
Retention and your rights
Correspondence is retained only while necessary for the enquiry or justified legal and security purposes. Closed app support cases and related copies are reviewed for continuing necessity no later than 90 days after closure. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Separate app data
This website does not read Jira projects or app workspaces. The app privacy notice separately explains Forge storage, account references, audit, notifications and retention.
